What Is KatNap Fitness?

I created KatNap Fitness as an online fitness program that is for everyone who wants to choose when, where and how intensely they workout. I know you have busy lives which is why I have tailored fun exercise programs for you so you can get your workout in and still have a life. You choose how often, although I recommend 4-5 times per week.

Health, Exercise & You

With over 30 years of dance and fitness experience, I have been a size 4 and a size…(well, we won’t go there). I know what it’s like to workout at all different levels of the spectrum – from a beginner level to a very fit, advanced level. As a modifier in many exercise and dance videos, I have learned that people don’t easily adopt a “one workout fits all” mentality and there’s a real need for workout routines that embody all levels of fitness and health.

Advantages

The majority of the KatNap Fitness exercise routines provide you with 3 levels of modification for each exercise so you can truly tailor every workout to your needs. Depending on how you feel each day, you choose the intensity level or modify the parts of the workout where you need to.

What Do KatNap Fitness Members Get?

At the beginning of each month, you will receive 3 new 30-minute workout videos! Every month will be different so you can mix it up. Workouts can include:

Cardio Dance

Every month will be different, we will really mix it up! You might get some dance, hip-hop or old school cardio and lots of other exciting stuff that anyone can follow and do. It is going to be FUN!

Circuit Training with Weights

This is an upper body workout using weights.

YoKat Yoga/Mediation

This is a lower body workout that works every muscle in the butt, legs and abs.

Cardio Kickboxing

A high-energy cardio calorie burn with awesome choreography.

Weekly Check-in

I’m not here to be the strict schoolmarm scolding you if you took an off week, but I will check in to see how your week went and what you might need help with. Accountability is key – the more you keep track of your fitness goals and follow them, the more likely you are to achieve them!
