Happy Summer!!! Woohoooo!!!!

I am so excited for all of us to have a fun summer filled with vacation, time with family and friends and BBQs!! In order to have a guilt free summer (HELLO ice cream!), make sure to get those workouts in every week so you can look and feel great!

I know you will love the July workouts – Vacation Motivation, 3 Level Me and Summer Stretch. Yes, you MUST stretch!

And speaking of vacation —  it is so important that we all actually take one!  If budgets won’t allow for a departure from your home state, you can STILL have a vacation- make it a staycation!   BUT you need to make it a real vacation by unplugging and scheduling fun activities with your family like picnics and barbecues and fun things that you would look forward to!  Some of our best times have been just having friends over, putting on some great music and setting up the Slip n Slide in the backyard! Let everyone at work and all your friends and family know that you are on “vacation” and put an auto-responder on your email that you are not available!  Time off is as important as the time you work-  so take some time off to enjoy the summer- you deserve it!
