Monthly Message from Kat

Hello My Fit Friends!

I have NO idea how it got to be September- right??!!  This month always feel like the start of the year to me much more than January!  LOL  Charlotte gets back to school and I finally can get back into my schedule!

I had a great summer- though admittedly fell off the fitness train for a bit- so now I am mega motivated to get back to it and I hope you are ready to get back to it with me!  It will be super easy with these awesome workouts we have for you this month!

Cardio Butt Abs

No ifs ands or butts!  This is an awesome workout!  No equipment needed- get ready for a serious sweat and a focus on 2 of our “favorite” places we need to do some work- my butt and my abs!  LOL

School Bell

This is some fun 1 minute interval training that is a great full body cardio with weights workout.  You can adjust your level by how heavy your weights are and the intensity that you do the exercises.  No matter what if you push play you will be going to school today!

Top To Bottom

This does not need a lot of explanation- right??!!  This is a full body workout with distinct 3 levels so you can pick what level you want to do.  You need a mat and weights are optional.  No matter what bring your great fun energy and we will have a blast getting our workout in today!

I really want all of us to take a minute to really refocus this month.  I want to remind all of us that life is truly NOTHING without your health.  And YOU and ONLY you can make the difference in taking care of yourself.  When we are in school we PLANNED to get back to school- we bought our outfit for that first day of school, we bought our books and rulers and pens,  So now it is time to plan for your school year- this is the time to make the plan you need to to get fit and fabulous!

I challenge you to Re-Energize this month and focus on your health and fitness so we can go into this new school year feeling great and ready for that school bell to ring!
